Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions made through the eTrends website at etrendsecommerce.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please review them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Seller Identification

The seller is E-TRENDS ECOMMERCE CORPORATION, a corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines under SEC Registration No. 202307010671413. Our registered address is 24th Floor, BGC Corporate Center, Taguig City, Metro Manila 1634, Philippines. 2. Scope

These terms apply exclusively to the online sale of refrigerators and freezers offered on etrendsecommerce.com to buyers located anywhere in the Philippines.

3. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation sent to your registered email address. All orders and confirmations exchanged electronically constitute valid electronic contracts under the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792) and the Internet Transactions Act (Republic Act No. 11967).

4. Prices, VAT, and Availability

All prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include the applicable 12% Value-Added Tax. There are no hidden fees, and no additional charges will be collected upon delivery. Product listings are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) processed through a secure, 3-D Secure-enabled payment page. We do not store your card details at any point during or after the transaction.

6. Delivery

eTrends provides free delivery nationwide across the Philippines. Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery schedules are estimates; occasional delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return any item within 60 days from the date of delivery, for any reason, including change of mind. To initiate a return:

Contact us via email or the contact form within the 60-day period.
We will arrange a return pickup at no cost to you.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

8. Warranty

Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. In addition, all goods sold are subject to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Remedies include free repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate to the circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, except where Philippine law expressly provides otherwise.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, contact us first at info@etrendsecommerce.com so we may resolve the matter promptly. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the DTI E-Commerce Bureau or the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau in accordance with RA 11967.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or administrative bodies.
