Our Commitments to You
- Genuine products with official warranty. Every refrigerator and freezer on our platform is an authentic unit covered by the manufacturer's warranty as well as the implied warranty under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
- Free nationwide delivery in 2–3 business days. We deliver to addresses across the Philippines at no charge. Once your order is confirmed, your appliance arrives within two to three business days — no hidden fees, no extra charges upon delivery.
- Transparent, all-inclusive pricing. All prices are displayed in Philippine pesos (PHP) with 12% VAT already included. The amount you see is the amount you pay.
- 60-day returns for any reason. If you change your mind or encounter any issue, you have sixty days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. We arrange the pickup free of charge and process your refund to your original payment method within five business days after we receive the item.
- Defective item support. Should a unit arrive defective, we will coordinate a free repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and your rights under Philippine consumer law.
